and Dorian is expected to weaken as it heads north, getting down to Category 2 when reaches N Carolina.
Latest prediction is Dorian will not do a landfall in any state. Biggest problem will be flooding. Anyone in low lying areas must seek higher ground.

Stall because wind pressure are on both sides? Will it regain more strength, I don't know. Seen pictures of parts of the Bahamas, most is pretty much destroyed. 5 dead.
