The DNC is suing Wikileaks over the leaked emails. Wikileaks was so hard to contact that the DNC had to get special permission froma judge to post their letter on Twitter to make sure that Wikileaks cannot reasonably claim that they don't know they are being sued.

Afterwards, Wikileaks was at first all giddy about the discovery-phase of the trial, when they will get to snoop around in the DNC's files... until someone informed them on Twitter that discovery goes both ways: The DNC will likewise be allowed to snoop around in Wikileak's files.

Since then: Silence.
