showing the path of a hurricane? That doesn't change the hurricane's actual path! What would he have to gain from this? I am just learning about this since work was very busy and I didn't get a chance to check the news until now.

The only other way to explain it would be to swap the locations of Virginia and Alabama. I'm not sure his base in AL or VA would buy that, but they'd somehow explain it away.

Trump made a mistake in saying that Alabama was going to be hit by Dorian. Instead of acting like a normal human being with a sense of humility and humanity and saying, "You know what, I made a mistake and I apologize for causing any problems..." he has to double down and invent scenarios where he is "not wrong". To me it is pretty pathetic. I suppose his brain dead followers like that he never admits a mistake, but to people who are emotionally stable, they likely see that he is ridiculous.
