That said it is already clear that the people of Florida have a very close relationship with the Bahamas and are very involved in the recovery. It is also true that the US Coast Guard is already helping the Bahamas.
After the horrific hurricanes of 2017 (which did severe damage to the British Virgin islands) , the Brits introduced a policy of having a ship in the area for post hurricane assistance.

I don't know what to make about the language aspect because the vast majority of Bahamians are of African descent and the Con hates us as much as he hates Central American people.
