Unfortunately, tornadoes are a very common occurrence in hurricanes. This storm is just such a beast and relentless. My heart is broken for all those who have been devastated by the storm. My Heart is also broken because I know this country is just going to be bullshit about helping with recovery anywhere.

Both are big reasons why Palm Beach County was so torn up by Irma, and why it took so long to restore power to many of us.
