Even more than I would dislike it at a regular school.
Teaching just isnt my cup of tea. I have great respect for those who can deal with it.
It seems to me that the entitlement of the kids would just be way too much. Anyone ever had experience in this area?

(67,193 posts)I taught 40 yearsall in inner-city schools. Entitlement like your talking about is about the least of our worries. First two weeks of retirement and strangely, I miss it.

The I escaped and went to a prep school in Italy, which gave me some of the best experiences of my life (I'm now on their Board of Trustees).
I'm not entirely clear if your issue is teaching (I teach at NYU) or dealing with (presumably) well-off students.

From my experience, Id rather deal with underprivileged than over privileged.
