DU sleuths. Was Trump's golf club in Charlotte, NC area financed with Russian money?
It’s actually in Mooresville just north of Charlotte. Trump bought it in 2012 (when Dem convention was in Charlotte).
I’m guessing it’s another reason RNC chose Charlotte for the convention - it had to be a city that had one of his clubs nearby.
But, I’m actually curious about Russian money in NC, and, especially, the Charlotte area. Anyone here tracking Trump’s Russia money?
