(32,634 posts)I record Rachel and Lawrence every night and generally watch their shows the next morning, or whenever I get a chance. If I don't do that, I fall asleep too easily and miss everything. Since I'm retired now I can plan my time a little better.

(28,254 posts)I hardly ever miss Rachel.
I will say that last night's pre-game show was probably the worst I've ever seen. It featured:
1. A female "singer" wearing an outfit that was way too small for her figure. (I'll just leave it at that.)
2. A rap "artist" so untalented that even Ari Melber would have been turned off.
3. Some guy screeching the national anthem in a range at least a full octave higher than his limited abilities.
Yeah, I should have been watching MSNBC instead. Lesson learned.

We don't have cable, satellite, or broadcast television in our house.
DVDs and Netflix are more than enough for me. Plus, I never see any commercials.
I'm much happier reading all my news and opinion.
