A Sign-o-the Times? Tucker Carlson condemns Walmart.

(Mr. Tuckerfuck doesn't like Walmart's decision to stop selling guns and ammo. He doesn't like China too much now either, for some totally inexplicable reason)

Tucker Carlson: Walmart Destroyed Small Businesses With Cheap Chinese Products

There’s a lot at stake. By revenue, Walmart is the largest company in the world. The Walton family is the richest in the country. Collectively they’re worth more than a hundred and fifty billion dollars. How did they get so rich? By selling foreign goods to domestic consumers: Cheap Chinese garbage, manufactured in offshore factories paying slave wages — wages that American manufacturers could never match. According to one study, from 2001 to 2013, America lost 400,000 jobs thanks to Walmart’s reliance on Chinese imports. It shows...

None of this was an accident. At times, Walmart sold goods at a loss, just long enough to drive American competitors out of business completely. Smaller retail shops and the jobs they provided vanished. Suddenly, in many places, Walmart was one of the few remaining employers. One and a half million Americans now work there at any given time. It’s definitely not an improvement over what we had before. In 2005, 20 percent of Walmart employees worked part-time. Today, the majority do. It’s the simple cruelty of math: If Walmart keeps employees’ hours low enough, it can avoid paying benefits. Can people really live like that? Not for long. Walmart knows that. They also know that the federal government — which is to say, taxpayers like you — will subsidize their low wages with generous welfare benefits. In other words, you’re working so that the Walton family won’t have to pay their employees enough to live. That’s true.

So to restate what just happened: the company more responsible than any other for destroying and degrading rural America — for making our towns uglier and cheaper and poorer — the same people who push the appalling lie that brightly-colored plastic crap from China is going to us happy — that company is now lecturing normal Americans — the very Americans they’ve hurt so badly— about how immoral they are for daring to protect themselves with firearms. And everyone in Washington, New York and LA is applauding them as they do it. It’s not a good sign.

Although what he says about Walmart is totally true, the only reason he is bashing them now is because of their gun decision. Tucker is merely a mouthpiece tool to spew far right agenda points.

Of course the RW mouthpieces know the truth - it takes no effort to put it into words when the signal comes from on high.

This snip-..."taxpayers like you — will subsidize their low wages with generous welfare benefits. In other words, you’re working so that the Walton family won’t have to pay their employees enough to live. That’s true."

"Generous Welfare Benefits?" Fuck that guy. He slides in truths that the Waltons are screwing US society and the damned lie that welfare is " generous"

Almost 100% of all tools sold are off shore manufactured. And how many mom and pop Hardware stores took the hit from these big Box Sellers.

And you defended them at every turn..because the fre markut.

First, I'm glad you finally agree with us.
You're now a filthy liburl commie, congratulations you pinko cuck fuckhead.

Sad that what brought over to 'our side' is that Walmart, as a company, decided it was also liburl enough to ask people to not carry dangerous weapons in our store, and were not gonna sell that shit anymore.

Tucker, only donald trumps voters believe your bullshit...hope that's enough for u.
