I have read about the CIA and USArmy experimentation before, but the amount of intel has always been selective, incomplete and unsatisfying. Now that Gottlied is dead, the story can be told.

For those of you who don't believe that there is NO limit to what the government will do to protect what it thinks is national security, this book could be like ice water in your shorts.
