City of Miami working with Bahamians as frustrated with lack of fed approval to act. Miami sending
highly skilled paramedic-firefighting search and rescue personnel to help in crucial window of
time.

They are the only ones certified to do international deployments through USAID.

If they are overwhelmed, there is precedent to send more. I think there were a total of six in Haiti. I know because I was there with one of them. However, that was Obama...
