How to get rid of Trump in one move!

Now that DJT has primary challengers, here is the move...
Let's say California votes that all candidates in the primaries must make their tax returns available in order to be on the ballot. This will take him out of the CA primaries, and Republicans will have to vote for one of the challengers. The elected challenger will take all the electoral colleges votes for CA, and voila! DJT will not win the electoral college. Since he will not win the popular vote, we're done!
One can always dream

this could work but i think the SCOTUS would probably invalidate the law to protect Trump.

is Constitutional. I believe Jerry Brown said that.

Second, I don't think the EC has anything to do with primaries.

California cannot keep Trump off ballot because of tax returns but Republicans can keep Trump primary challengers off the ballot in 4 different states?

What's the difference?

Two and half year nightmares come true are enough for me. Trump is a walking, talking, tweeting nightmare with the sound of helicopter turbines in the background. His nightmare is he will end broke for good. Once he goes away there are replacements waiting to pick up where he left off. There is a good chance they may be smarter next time. Sorry to be so pessimistic but it can happen again unless there is some decent election reform started day one. The Republican genie is out of the bottle.

1. CA can keep a candidate off the PRIMARY ballot. That has nothing to do with the General Election or the Electoral College.

2. The Rs can and will list tRump as their candidate for POTUS in CA in the general election, no matter which R candidate wins CA in the primary. That’s the way it works. I didn’t notice Sanders listed as the D candidate in the general in NH, even though he won the primary there.

So California can require primary election candidates to release their tax returns. But it cannot require general election candidates to release their tax returns.

And, as noted, the GOP can simply declare Trump the nominee no matter what the outcome of the primaries - it's the party rules that rule.

However, the optics for the GOP and Trump will not be good.

Primary v caucus - the state decides.

Now, if a political party doesn’t like the state’s rules, they can always finance their own primaries, but they seldom do. Too expensive and a logistical nightmare.

Or get any electoral votes out of California. So even if he is not on the ballot there, it's not going to make any difference whatsoever.
