Remember the Costa Concordia? Amazing time-lapse of the complete dissassembling

The capsized Auto Carrier in Brunswick, GA made me think of this, and I found a video I hadn't seen before.

Once they got her upright and moved, the work of dismantling her began, and this time-lapse shows that amazing process, right down to the removal of her engines and everything.

"Herculean effort" is an understatement!

The engineering, the ingenuity, the effort....was just incredible....amazing.

so I saved it, then opened it in one of my video players, adjusted the speed, and was fascinated by all the people and equipment there were.
