President Barack Obama on 9/11/19

a Real President vs. a Fake one:

Barack Obama

As we remember those we lost on 9/11, we also remember the spirit of unity and togetherness that defined the weeks and months after. On this day of service, I’m reflecting on all those still working to embrace that spirit, today and every day.

But yes, contrasting both tweets does make my head feel like exploding, a la Scanners.

“Partners” (his quotes) of the lame stream media?

Did Sarah Palin write this tweet? It’s kinda jibberishy.

Yes, there were difficult times, but we didn't need guards at schools and mass shooting that are sadly becoming so common that they are blurred by their frequency. I remember a nation of people united and true to its motto, E pluribus Unum (Out of many one). I remember a nation that was energized by the leadership of FDR who provided not only hope for the hard pressed working class but actually achieved his stated goals that created the middleclass. I remember those who returned from a war who found hope and a future in being assisted to obtain a higher education that had been the reserved for the privileged and the small business administration that provided loans for small businesses, and the realization of a dream of owning a home. My time is nearing its end and I can only hope that the youth of our nation soon realize that their way of life is in serious jeopardy and their future is less than assured in a nation in which hatred and division is preached by the highest elected official of the nation. I have watched the Republican Party degenerate into little more than a criminal enterprise with each successive administration increasingly mired in illegal acts in its determination to maintain power. My hope is that those whose lives are going to most affected awaken to the impending threat.

First you have an extremely intelligent all around lovable guy that's always a pleasure to hear from and then there's Trump.
