BREAKING: We just won our appeal in our Emoluments Clause case against Donald Trump, on behalf of Trump's restaurant and hotel competitors. The Second Circuit panel unanimously reverses the district court's dismissal, across the board. Opinion coming shortly.

Trump's strategy has always been to keep violating the law while the slow wheels of the judiciary grind. Delay, delay, delay. Run out the clock. It's been the Trump family strategy for decades.

My guess is that he picks up Alito and Thomas pretty easily.

But your point is taken - SCOTUS will make the decision to take/not take the case.
