I would prefer to be with an ignoramus than somebody who is in that condition, no matter what their level of intelligence is.
People who live in a deep-seated state of fear and xenophobia are ill, project it out, and become even MORE dangerous when possessing weapons. In other words, they are the least capable of being responsible with them and poor candidates for any rights to ownership.

The mass shooter in Virginia Beach was a black man.
The right wingers were delighted to hear that.
When you make a false claim, it destroys some of the credibility that most were white.
