And I had to smile. A few weeks ago I stopped at the ATM machine to draw some cash. A few days later I got an email asking me for my "experience." I needed money and completed the transaction was my reply. Not enough. Several questions on a scale of 1 to 10..

(47,470 posts)because I think their performance is judged on this. I used to not give 10. 8 or 9 are adequate. But then a service man once told me that it has to be 10.

One shop, where I bought an electrical appliance said my warranty would be void without my personal details. I quickly reminded them of Australian consumer laws and they gave up.
