Not Barr. I don't understand the post. Maybe that Barr and Scalia are one and the same politically. But from what RBG has said, Scalia had some personal honor and a sense of humor. Doubt that is true of Barr.

Barr helped install Fat Tony and a whole lot more of the ilk.
Excerpt...
For the next two years, as chief of the Justice Departments Office of Legal Counsel, Barr played a key role in shaping Richard Thornburghs stormy tenure as attorney general. In a job that was essentially political, he helped maintain the administrations ideological purity by screening out judicial candidates who werent conservative enough. He also drafted two key documents rationalizing the U.S. invasion of Panama and the seizure of General Manuel Noriega.

(54,302 posts)11. Barr struts around like a man who has one of two things
Either:
1.) Some horrible terminal incurable disease that guarantees that he will not live to see himself tried in a court of law
or
2.) A Ford-like presidential pardon, already signed by Trump, for any illegal acts he is known to have performed, or may have performed while as Attorney General of the United States.
