They spent millions to stop Merrick Garland and they see that packing the courts is their way
to keeping power despite the demographic changes.

https://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php/Judicial_Crisis_Network

Before he was acting A.G. Mathew Whitaker was working with the Judicial Crisis Network
to stop Merrick Garland. I believe the amount of money they spent was $18 million so spending
$1,500,000 to pay off Kavanaugh debts and mortgage is just pocket change to the likes of
the Kochs and the Mercers.

convicted.

Under those circumstances I don't think senate action would be required for him to forced to step down. It makes no sense to have a supreme court judge who's a felon and possibly incarcerated.

Let’s just hold on to that little nugget of info until after the election when hopefully we have a Dem Congress.

We won’t have 2/3 in the Senate but we’ll have enough to get a fair trial of Kavanaugh started without McConnell impeding.

At some point drumpf is going to be arrested and convicted of a crime, probably starting Jan 2021. When his treason is finally exposed Dems should demand that a traitor’s lifetime appointments to SCOTUS should not be allowed to stand.

Kavanaugh will not be removed but could be voted to remove by the majority of the Senate if not the 2/3. It is going to be up to the people to organize protests to demand Gorsuch and Brett resign. We will need to surround and shut down SCOTUS and refuse to let the body meet until they step aside.

BUT.... this all has to wait until drumpf is PROVEN in court to have betrayed the US. So long way to go.

until we at least have a Democrat in the White House.

I would imagine bartending at some of the elite watering holes in DC is kind of a time honored confidential thing. I'd like to see word put out that anyone that has something they need to tell Congress or other investigators about doesn't need to worry. They will be protected and someone will take care of them.
