Potential legal upside re: the Kavanaugh FBI investigation sham?

I'm speculating...

The DOJ is withholding the 500 page investigation report the FBI conducted into Kavanaugh. If Congress subpoenas that report and the legal fight escalates to the Supreme Court, then Kavanaugh would need to recuse himself — making it more likely the SC would side for the Article 1 powers of Congress... setting a precedent for other subpoena battles.

Wouldn't it make sense to prioritize this case to set a possible precedent for all the other subpoena battles that are ongoing?

Upon edit: Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question.

1. Of course the Kavanaugh FBI investigation was a sham.

They didn't interview Ms. Ford, Kavanaugh, Ms. Ford's friends and therapists, or
other female accusers of Mr. Kavanaugh. "They" just said that the investigation
didn't turn up anything no unlike Bill Barr's saying the Mueller report proved that
Trump had nothing to do with Russia.

Now, we find out there is a 500 pages of a report on Kavanaugh that "they" have been
hiding?

... reasons why investigators did not pursue witnesses (e.g., they were ordered not to do so). I need to believe that career FBI folks would have the integrity to document roadblocks they encountered during the investigation. I really need to believe this, otherwise I'd feel like our government is truly lost.

I think it's details about the investigative process is the reason why the report is being withheld.

6. Bill Barr is Trump's Consigliere and he will keep this report from the public.

To my twisted way of thinking Kavanaugh indicted himself in his senate testimony
when after saying "nothing happened" but then he turned around and said something
like if you ask any of the witnesses they will say nothing happened. Now, how do
you have witnesses to something that never happened?

I didn't see all the hearings but I heard on NPR Kavanaugh's "butt hurt" that now
parents might not want to let their daughters play on team that Kavanaugh was the
coach of and how much that hurt him.

Any decent investigation would have exposed Mr. Kavanaugh's past transgressions
such as why did Dr. Ford have 2 front doors put on her house so she would never
again be "trapped in a room" with no way to escape.

2. Would "Boof" Kavanaugh be forced to recuse himself? If not don't count on it. If whover controls

him tells him to stick with it, that's what he'll do, no matter how bad it stinks. Then we could only hope Roberts would do the right thing if he has the power.
