Legalized Marijuana and Medical Marijuana could be an election issue in Red states.

Some red states have medical marijuana laws not many they are mostly in blue states. Democrats should run on legalization and an affordable cure for many health problems. It is a safe alternative and helps people get off opioids. Pot could turn the south blue in my opinion.

5. Oklahoma might as well have legal recreational use

The medical marijuana rules are so lax that anyone can get weed.
It's a thriving business. In fact there are so many shops popping up people are worried that the big dudes will run the smaller people out of business.

They really can't because all you have to do is get the legal medical card. There are no restrictions on what the medical issue is so you can say, "I have trouble sleeping" and a doctor will sign the form.
