weapons no longer be sold in the US because they are weapons specifically designed to kill people on the battlefield BUT, they will not support an outright ban on possessing such a weapon, even if the ban is preceded by a "buy-back" period.

So, you shouldn't be able to buy one of these dangerous weapons which have beenthe weapon of choice for mass murderers in this country for over a decade, but if you already have one---or six---that's perfectly ok.
