Like a military strike against Iran, oil prices should drift back lower as the damage gets repaired and oil supply gets restored. As I write this post oil futures are trading at $61.86, down $1.04 from today's closing price and considerably less than today's high of $63.35.
I trade oil futures everyday. I don't see this level holding unless, as I said, trump causes another price spike by doing something stupid.
Speaking of stupid, all these current Middle East tensions began when trump tore up the treaty we had with regard to Iran's nuclear program.

contract all in June so we haven't had a paycheck since June 20. Friday is PAYDAY

I usually do not take lump sum but the last 4 years we have because of the uncertainty of budgets thanks to brownback and KKKobach

Makes pretty great dividends in June and July but makes for a very skinny september

Remember teachers only get paid for 186 days so summers are not free

7 cents higher than it was on Sunday and I figure they would raise the price more later this morning.

And make no mistake, calling for $9 per gallon gas is calling for poor people to starve.

You realize I literally couldn't afford to drive to work if that was true right? I'd be spending like 15% of my total pay on gas alone.

That should be reserved for the wealthy

We can continue to improve car emissions and develop cleaner technology without forcing low income people to choose between driving to work or eating.
