I was only able to tune in the last few minutes before the Dems Committee went

on a short recess but am listening to msnbc and from the impression I get, Lewy won the day so far and dems--and Nadler were mostly ineffective in their questioning

I keep hearing--it was painful to watch. msnbc saying Nadler should hand the question over to a prosecutor for questioning.

Of course not, but if you've seen her question people in the Senate you'd want her there. Hekate Sep 2019 #6

I tuned in at the beginning, then a bit later, and it was so painful I had to turn it off. Lewandowski with his disrespectful sassing back to Dems and and the ranking member, whoever he is, ranting away -- they just owned the space and time.

Why Dems? Why?

The short time I watched the hearing I just cringed at the way the Repubs owned it and the way the Dems let it slip through their fingers.

And Lieu just scored an admission out of Lewandowski.

Don't let the concern trolling media and DUers give you that impression. Almost every Democratic member on that Committee IS A LAWYER.

I get that's the media spin right now, but what I've seen (not all of it), the Ds got some good stuff out of Lewy.

And, the house counselors haven't gotten started yet.

This is a long process. There will be stonewalling and obfuscation. We need to stay with the process and not turn on our own Democrats.
