In this case, "NEW: New documents provided to House Oversight by the Pentagon suggest that the vast majority of military stays at Turnberry have occurred since Trump took office. ..." was posted first, and "House Oversight requested that the Pentagon turn over communications/emails relating to Turnberry. ..." was posted in response (it's called threading).

I don't think there's necessarily a contradiction. The first Tweet mentions "documents", the second mentions "communications/emails".

the private sector, just like the ones getting paid over $700 per child who they have happily placed into the cheapest kind of cages and who they feed low nutrition frozen burritos to and who they spend a minimum on healthcare. That’s a lot of profit being shoveled to the 1%.

If they’re happily doing that to children why not happily and lucratively do it to the homeless. Society sure doesn’t want their tent cities under the freeway overpasses or them standing on corners sowing guilt and begging instead of getting a job. Trump can claim he cleaned up the smelly homeless issue. All fixed. Is that not the greatest ever?!

I’m only guessing, of course, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all if I’m right.

He’s stuffing his pockets (and his buddies’ pockets, as well) with taxpayers’ money in broad daylight, right out in the open, easy to spot.

But that persistent 40% of Americans who back #45 are absolutely okay with this. As long as they can enjoy the incarceration of refugee children and “owning the libs,” they’re fine with #45’s blatant criminality. Subpoenas? Pfft! Just lie.

Sorry for preaching to the choir. I’ve just had enough of this free-fall the country’s in. Hope that the 2020 election is free enough and fair enough to get rid of these parasites.

House Oversight requested that the Pentagon turn over communications/emails relating to Turnberry. But the Pentagon referred that request to the White House.

No one that wants to keep a career going is going to take on the top guy, unless there is light at the end of the tunnel. We have to defeat Trump in 2020, plain and simple.

Then fire every single officer that was compliant with Trump.

They don't need court martial, all the new President need to do is send a letter informing that there is no confidence in their leadership and they can either resign or be fired.

Unless Dems are willing to go to court, and do it quickly, Trump and his minions will succeed in getting away with many unknown crimes as well as the crimes of corruption we can’t prove because every branch of government feels free to thumb their noses at Congress, essentially telling them to go take a hike. I never thought I would see the level of law breaking and corruption that exists in this administration.

was less expensive than alternative accommodations because the Racist-and-Chief's staff gave them a discount (not positive on that, but I think I read somewhere it was less expensive, bed bugs and all).

If not the case, trump will say, "Are you denying our tremendous military members a few days in a nice place?"
