Dems need to take the Senate, not just the White House. And the electoral college makes things difficult for us in close elections, so we need it to be am Obama-like landslide in our favor.

Reagan slashing the top marginal tax rates on wealthy people and corporations, breaking the taxation system that had been there from FDR till the B actor got in. Reagan also doing away with the long time Fairness Doctrine....which gave us Fox News, Limbaugh and other far right Media.

So old Ronnie really started this ball rolling. Eisenhower saw this coming as he outlined in his farewell speech as he was exiting the White House. It is worth watching.
