....Knowing all of this, is anybody dumb enough to believe that I would say something inappropriate with a foreign leader while on such a potentially “heavily populated” call. I would only do what is right anyway, and only do good for the USA!

He starts out by admitting he would do such a thing .... and then backtracks in the same tweet. Any rational person would have never said the fist part qualifying it with a "heavily populated" call. I'm speechless.

to say something inappropriate to a foreign leader no matter what the circumstances. You see yourself as a dictator, and dictators do what they want.
