This whistle blower situation is nullifying my CBD calm.

Whatever this is, it must be pretty horrific - especially considering the type of 'world leaders' he cozies up with.

I sure hope that, if this individual's infor is squashed, they find a way to bring it forth. If it is as bad as I fear, the support they receive will, hopefully, mitigate any of the repercussions.

that the Whistle blower came forth in the first place, if this information is squashed, I suspect that the individual may go further and contact WaPo or other trusted media. Let's hope.

WASHINGTON — The internal watchdog for American spy agencies declined repeatedly in a briefing on Thursday to disclose to lawmakers the content of a potentially explosive whistle-blower complaint that is said to involve a discussion between President Trump and a foreign leader, according to two people familiar with the briefing.

During a private session on Capitol Hill, Michael Atkinson, the inspector general of the intelligence community, told lawmakers he was unable to confirm or deny anything about the substance of the complaint, including whether it involved the president, according to the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity to describe the closed-door conversation. The meeting was still underway.

The complaint, which prompted a standoff between Congress and Mr. Trump’s top intelligence official, involves a commitment that Mr. Trump made in a communication with another world leader, according to a person familiar with the complaint. The Washington Post first reported the nature of the discussion. The acting director of national intelligence, Joseph Maguire, has refused to give the complaint to Congress, as is generally required by law, the latest in a series of fights over information between the Democratic-led House and the White House.

Few details of the whistle-blower complaint are known, including the identity of the world leader. And it is not obvious how a communication between Mr. Trump and a foreign leader could meet the legal standards for a whistle-blower complaint that the inspector general would deem an “urgent concern.”

your OP initially said "CBC calm." I didn't get it and moved on. You fixed it.

😅

Do you find CBD affects your mind, then? Isn't it only supposed to relax muscles, etc.? I.e., non-psycho-active, no THC?

And, yes. CBD has done a whole lot to calm what became my extreme anxiety. I went into this whole CBD thing with great skepticism but have become a believer.

True, what I'm using has no discernable THC but it does still have a chemical(?) impact on those old misfiring brain synapse sparks. Ok, my wording - not theirs. It doesn't work like that on everyone but it does for me. The best I can describe is, it has stopped my brain spins that morphed into anxiety attacks, those sometimes bordered on, and extended to full fledged panic attacks. Sometimes, like now, I feel the shadow of some anxiety creeping up, but it never goes full blown. Well, not yet, anway.

The only thing it really isn't resolving is my insomnia. I figure getting something with THC will help but until Michigan gets its act together on the shop licensing, I'll have to wait.

Right now I bet it was a commitment to Saudi Arabia or another gulf state... I could see someone being pissed enough to file a whistle blower complaint been a month ago but not now.

It would explain the IG not say boo about any part of it right now.
