Billionaire Leon Cooperman's recent economy comments get owned when someone does the research.

“The Democratic Party seems to be leaning towards the left on policies, which is very harmful for the economy." Loan Cooperman

William J. Clinton - (GRAY)
Barack H. Obama - (BLACK)

So, I went and did the homework. I have no idea what Lee Cooperman is talking about. Seems Clinton and Obama have done best for the markets over the last ~38 years. Or what am I missing?

And thus too then, the next democratic president of the United States will probably have a thriving stock market as well. But if another Kremlin-backed republican is elected, the market will not fair so well.

that the economy has always done better under Liberal/Progressive leadership than it does under conservative. Liberal economics are good for the worker and the masses, while still allowing the rich to do quite well, thankyouverymuch.

And FWIW, I put it that way because the names have changed, but the ideology has not. !00 years ago, a "Democrat" in Alabama for instance, was for Jim Crow and segregation.

The Republicans were the liberals back then.

This is what is so amusing when today's right wing tries to hang the mantle of the KKK on the present day Democratic Party.

Sorry bub, but those types wouldn't want ANYTHING TO DO with the Democratic party of today.

Labels change. Ideology does not.
