I admit I'm untrained in these matters, but I'm basing my opinion on what I've observed.

I don't think trump really 'hates' or 'loves' anything. At least, not in the long-term. He might love golf..maybe.

But as far as people go, he either likes them, or doesn't like them.

Whether or not he likes them is based on how they directly affect him in the moment.

If someone agrees with him about something, or says nice things about him, then they are 'good'. If someone disagrees with him, or says 'mean' things about him, then those people are 'bad'.

It's pretty obvious. It plays out over, and over, again. He hires the 'best' people (meaning people that agree with him). When they do disagree with him he fires them, because it turns out they were losers, or traitors, or whatever.

Fox news kisses his ass 99% of the time. But when they (probably accidentally) air something that is mildly critical of him, even fauxnews becomes fake news.

The guy simply doesn't care about anything other than himself.
