a cornerstone of the republican party. She said that California does not have the right to impose harsher environmental standards on its citizens than federal standards allow. That was the whole basis of her argument.

and pure incompetence. I'd think this is NOT going to fly (preventing CA from imposing it's standards vs. federal standards), otherwise, then why does each state has its own tax structure (among many other things)...this admin. is one of the most incompetent admin. (along w/ the Senate too, led by Moscow Mitch).
Voters are seeing this. How can they not see this?

This will be challenged in court and an injunction will be obtained quickly. California's purge of republicans will accelerate. Most republicans in California support the stricter standards and are already disenchanted with Trump.
