I'd think this is NOT going to fly (preventing CA from imposing it's standards vs. federal standards), otherwise, then why does each state has its own tax structure (among many other things)...this admin. is one of the most incompetent admin. (along w/ the Senate too, led by Moscow Mitch).
Voters are seeing this. How can they not see this?
