This system coming off the African Coast has moved from a 40% chance

of development at 5.00am this morning to a 70% chance of development by 9.00am.
Clearly it's way too early to say where this is heading but it is one to watch.

Future storms off Africa form also further Southward. That means the Caribbean and Unites States are greatly in the path of these monsters to be, such as Dorian.
