Trump says he hasn't read whistleblower complaint, then says "everybody's read it, they laugh at it"

In one breath Trump says he has not read the whistleblower complaint and in the next breath:

"I just, I tell you, everybody's read it, they laugh at it."

Earlier he said "he is a partisan" about the whistleblower.

Did Trump see the complaint? How does he know it is a "he"?

completely lost it. This performance is "worse" than about anything we have seen. He is grasping at anything and everything he can. The more he talks about it being "fake" or "partisan", the more people will start asking "then why are you hiding it?".
