Is it a "cover-up"?

That the "acting" DNI, the Attorney General, and the President of the United States have derailed a "whistleblower" complaint and are preventing the Congress from access to the information?

We have always heard that the "cover-up" is worse than the crime. Perhaps the crime is so bad that it is beyond just embarrassing?

Otherwise, why would they go to such extremes to hide it?
