Given how last year's Senate races went and the fact that AZ only has 1 large media market plus the fact it's easier to vote there plus Trump's poor approval numbers there plus the fact that Florida has SO many old people that vote, and most of them tend to love Trump, I can easily see how he thinks AZ is winnable.
It could also provide a fallback in case one of the three rogue states (PA, MI and WI) didn't revert back.
