Is Nancy Pelosi really in the game ?

Frankly, I'm seeing her unwillingness, hesitancy, and sitting on the legislative fence in regard to her postponing a vote against this possible dictator as a threat to our system of checks and balances. I am frustrated that each day - regardless of the ongoing hearings- that she is not more involved in calling out the charlatan in the White House.

Doesn't she realize that her seemingly lack of involvement in bringing this to a head is corrosive to the psyche of America? I am getting more and more weary of her Laissez Faire attitude and letting subordinates and others assume what should be her role. She is clouding her image as House Leader in not being more forceful, more direct and that comes across as weakness, in my humble opinion , and lets the rats come out . I want to see more strength of character, more strength of our party, more strength in her position to be shown.

Dammit, do something to let us know you're there. If you don't Trump will win.

who are in constant touch with their constituents. She knows that the only worse thing than our current situation would be to lose the House, too.

She doesn't want to risk vulnerable Democratic seats simply to satisfy the demands of people who want more official-appearing impeachment investigation, even though court filings have already announced one, and Jerry Nadler has confirmed it.

We make a sport of second-guessing any and all public officials.

Nancy Pelosi is hardly a victim, not after having proven herself to be tough, smart and savvy, time and time again.

People voted blue because they wanted Obamacare protected, and the outrages of the lying criminal tRump admin stopped.

Both reasons.

Pelosi is making a mistake by letting MF45 get away with everything. The last time she took impeachment off the table, because they should have faced criminal charges it didn't work out so well. Lewis Libby obstructed, and did such a good job of it that all the BushCo criminals are still walking free today, and the obstructor received a full pardon from MF45.

Thanks to shitbag Bill Barr, we can't rely on the tRump criminals ever facing charges. He stopped Mueller right as the investigation was reaching the tRump inner circle.

An impeachment may be the only way to make all the crimes and outrages public. It's a hell of a lot better for us to say "republicons, led by Moscow Mitch, let them off the hook" than it is for them to say "Trump is so innocent that Democrats had nothing and couldn't even try."

Furthermore, Benghazi brings up another valid point. Why did republicons keep that crap in the news? Repeatedly run the same investigations? Because it hurt Clinton's numbers. Kevin McCarthy accidentally admitted that was the only real reason. It hurt her, and it wasn't even true. Democrats now need to have public hearings for that same reason. It should be even easier, since the truth is on our side.

The point , again is to list the many crimes and malfeasance trump and his administration have committed at his behest . Have the Democratic Party members vote to impeach and force the Senate republicans to show there hand. Also to alert the voting public the extent of impeachable offences that he has committed. We know McConnell will do nothing but do voters know ?

I strongly supported her at first. In fact, I wondered why anyone would challenge her. Now, I see a lack of leadership and someone who just plays not to lose. I think the Speaker of the House should be more than just a vote counter. She and the House whip should be leading the charge against Trump.

I know many on this board don't agree with my sentiments. I'm worried that they have a "she can do no wrong" attitude about Pelosi. No politician should have unquestioning fealty. We laugh at Republicans who show unconditional support for Trump. We should not be afraid to be skeptical about Democratic leaders when they don't play to win.
