Vouchers & "Obamacare"

Maybe I missed it, but has anyone discussed.just how people 65+ will be able to buy insurance with a voucher on the open market if "Obamacare" is repealed & pre-existing conditions no longer have to be covered? Who is going to reach that age with no medical issues? Who will cover them with a voucher & who (other than the 1%) will be able to afford it? Has anyone heard anyone link these together?

Ryan's plan will offer seniors a choice of a private plan or 'traditional' Medicare.

The insurance companies will compete for the healthiest and of course the richest of the seniors.

Those who have pre-existing conditions will go to traditional Medicare.
In this way, funds are bled out of Medicare that would cover the higher costs of those with pre-existing conditions.

Then the stage is set to shrink Medicare further/eliminate it.

Only this style of health care allows Medicare to be "rationally" voucherized.
