The individual who filed the complaint would be a U.S. intel agent, but could the source be high up in the Ukrainian government. I'm not convinced, just throwing it out there.

Like the DNI didn't scamper right over to Barr's office with the complaint, and Barr didn't immediately hand a copy of it over to Trump? Besides the media, who's going to fall for that?
