Now, you can't make this up. He has insured his impeachment with those 7 words..

"".....when I took over the United States."

Also, He has defined himself forever..similar to Nixon's famous words, "I am not a crook."

If someone suggested they would like Trump to be less metaphorical and more literal about shooting himself in the head would it get alerted upon for insensitivity or something?

Nixon did not say, "I am not a crook." What he actually said was, "Your President is not a crook." I know, it's a minor quibble, but I think it matters. Paraphrasing is a waste of time with the MAGATs. If you throw that quote at them, the more intelligent of them will ask you to cite a source. When you can't find a direct quote, they will cry, "Fake News", and you will be left with no leg on which to stand. Accuracy is paramount when dealing with these people.
