A few comments:
We don’t need a constitutional amendment to roll back Citizens United (really Citizens Funded by Billionaires United). We can do a lot of it with laws. Some constitutional amendments might be useful once we retake control.

I’d also suggest we focus on stopping voter suppression. New laws like the Voting Rights Act.

Re term limits, these are often a Republican plan— they tend to put people in office with no experience in government. I think we can do better—reform campaign finance to remove effects of money in politics. Then we don’t need term limits.
