Nixon--reports he colluded with the North Vietnamese to delay peace talks prior to his election

Reagan--reports he colluded with Iranian rebels holding American hostages to delay release until after his election

Trump--reports he colluded with Russia for electronic assistance in 2016, and with Ukraine to attack an opponent in 2019/20

Anybody see a pattern here?

The concept of keeping your powder dry for the next more important skirmish fails us.

The result is the Fascists have busy-ed themselves shooting Democracy full of bullet holes,... now Democracy is barely able to respond to life support and is nearly dead.

Absent the Rule of Law we surrender our Democracy - "if you can keep it..." and welcome monarchies,.. oligarchies,... or worst yet Fascist dictatorships to rule over us.

The notion we wisely and craftily avoided a confrontation is off the mark,... when we permit criminality in high places and do absolutely nothing about it,.... we surrender to them and allow them to choose our destiny for us.

Tomorrows become exclusively their tomorrows and not our tomorrows.
