3. I think there are 47 Senators - not anywhere near 60 or even really close to 50 after 2016.

Mancin is repug lite and never can be counted on to vote against repugs so that's one who would side with drumpf. Who else do you know about who thinks this isn't a good idea after drumpf was caught in a treasonous act, which was validated by IG.

5. The Senate does not impeach. They hold the trial that results from impeachent.

The House votes to impeach. Impeachment is an indictment, not a verdict.
