With impeachment now happening its likely that some citizens will be wondering how their representatives will vote on the matter. I am not among them.
My alleged representative is Ken Buck, and when he was DA he refused to prosecute an admitted rapist, setting aside the confession in order to present his view that the victim was merely experiencing buyers remorse. It would be foolish in the extreme to credit Buck with the integrity required to hold his president to account. And, yes, Id really like to be wrong about this.

(15,286 posts)be getting there, but at a snail's pace. Called his DC office a short time ago to urge him to back impeachment, said I hoped I wasn't the only one asking him to do that, but the staffer only said there were "lots of calls", not if they were agreeing or disagreeing with me.
