We should keep our eyes on Pence, since the Senate did not object

to the release of the complaint. If the GOP has jumped the ship, it is because they are trying to maintain power through Pence. I am just speculating. Is a resignation looming?

1. I agree, it is highly suspicious. Getting Pence in there, would at least give them a chance to

rewrite history, and airbrush Trump out of the GOP.

trump has already left his stink all over the GOP, and it will take years to clean it up. Also trump will never let them forget, unless of course he runs off to mother Russia, and his pal Putin.

Since pence has also been talking with the Ukraine, he may be in trouble also.

they are going to get a massive beating in 2020, for sure if Trump runs, but maybe they can mitigate the losses if they can get him out and replaced by Pence. Then they can blame the Dems for ousting Trump and then set a new narrative. There is no level they won't stoop to.

10. And so too is McConnell. But I think McConnell's willing to give tRump up for tRump 2.0, Pence.

Then he'll draw a line in the sand so that Pence cannot be convicted and repukes will maintain power in defiance of the law.

Again, just pure speculation. I think Pence will be too implicated by the time this is fully understood.

He is not often in the limelight, but when he is...gee.

That's the downer. If and when Trump is gone, we then have a new problem, IMHO. That is we then have a theocratic, pathological, projecting liar on our hands.

However, he seems weaker and less capable at bullying than Trump, but what happens with his executive actions is going to be a concern as far as Christo-Fascism is concerned, etc. Pence is the poster boy of the Fundamentalist Right.

I would note that our foreign policy against woman's rights globally was not just dreamed up by this MisAdministration, it came from the Fundamentalist Right's marching orders which are a deep, dark hole of repression, etc.
