Under discussion was a possible trip to the USofA.

There was no question or discussions. She was fully understood immediately.
What we have lost, and what we continue to lose as we take our next breath is what words cannot encompass.
But now - we have hope - the ball of fully sanctioned impeachment inquiries is rolling. May it be fast and gather no moss.

(22,380 posts)...to me, the full fence post phrase was clear. It meant a "STOP" of clear delineation.
Obviously it was to the two in the conversation as well.

(22,380 posts)I'm sure. I'm visiting family, being around folks I don't often see at at stressful time. Finding a foothold on expressions is not exactly immediate.
This one was descriptive though, needed no clarification, and a bit funny.
Maybe just my perception....
