Even if there's nothing in the whistleblower report - which is unlikely since Pelosi and Schiff aren't gullible fools - Pelosi has made it clear that the impeachment inquiry isn't limited to just the report. She's authorized a wide-ranging investigation by six different committees - an unprecedented occurrence.

If Trump and his minions think that they can slide by just by claiming there's no there there to the report, they've got another think coming.

It is indeed odd that Trump is willing to release the transcript and the complaint. It's also odd that the Republicans in the Senate have voted to release the complaint. I've been watching MSNBC and haven't seen anyone come up with a satisfactory answer.
