If there were financial crimes associated or some other specific crime admission, that would fall to SDNY(Feds) or NYState or other relevant jurisdiction...

But in the public eye, it would help if that tape became public, there
will be more support for the inquiry.

How can a REPUBLICAN give full support if that tape was out there for the public to
see.
