Trump's whole life has been a fraud.

He can get people to think he is a business man.

He gets people to think he is a billionaire.

He gets people to think he is a good president

Those are lies he tells.

He can’t lie about impeachment. It is a label he will wear the rest of his life.

Articles of impeachment are not going to be fake news.

That is only one side of that balance sheet. By itself, it doesn't mean much, especially when he is the self-proclaimed "King of Debt".

if I could live in great penthouse properties, have access to golf at some of the best courses,
have a Boeing jet parked at my disposal, and my own helicopter, I would not care if it was negative net worth. Life is short. Who cares how much debt you have so long as you are living such a magnificent life.
Problem for me is no one would lend me the mortgage loan to buy even one of his properties.

Except the Russians. And there are lots of strings attached. That kind of debt is going to cost him more than interest.

Also, he is incapable of enjoying anything. His life is joyless and he is filled with anger, resentment and insecurity. Nobody loves him or even likes him. He has never known true friendship or real happiness.

I would rather have the simpler things in life and be happy and loved than live his miserable existence any day.

interest rates! Actually he wants NEGATIVE rates, which means the banks would have to pay HIM for taking out loans.
