Is it that every time the Republican Party is in power, they take the nation to places it’s never been before...in a very destructive, damaged way...?

The list I can think of...torture is ok, wmd, War in Middle East, and that just bushies first term...etc, etc, etc, etc...

just because nixon committed treason by disrupting the peace talks to keep the vietnam war going so he could win in 1968?
and then watergate to try to win all 50 states in 1972?

and then ford letting a president escape justice to spare america, because america is clearly so much better off when a president figures he's above the law?

and then reagan bribing iran to keep americans hostage longer so he could win in 1980?

and then the supreme court preventing a full recount so that shrub could be president?

and then shrub lying to get us into a stupid war that only made everything worse?

and then donnie conspiring with russia to win in 2016?

and then donnie conspiring with ukraine to try to win in 2020?

and in between, donnie,... well, the list is way too long....

I can only think of two republican Presidents that I can say I would have loved to shake his hand....Dwight D. Eisenhower and Abraham Lincoln...

profit trumps the public good.

They always do things that big business really wants (less regulations, lower taxes, etc.) but it's curious that the economy by and large, does better under Democratic administrations.
