In his WH experience, there isn't a stenograher writing down every word. An NSA staffer usually listens in and scribbles down contemporaneous notes about key points discussed.

Then the Ukrainian President marvels at the massive size of Trump's hands for another 3 minutes. Then there is a 9-minute conversation about how totally innocent Trump is of any and all crimes he's committed.........er, uh.........ACCUSED of committing. Witch hunt, witch hunt, witch hunt. No collusion, no collusion, no collusion. What are you wearing to the big UN gala? Let's go get a beer when you're a town. And end transmission.

Dotard and co. are setting this up like the Barr memo. They are claiming it's the "transcript" of the call, the media is repeating that lie.
